Tavo Cherry Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl

A thick, creamy smoothie bowl that actually does something. Packed with LiquidHydrate electrolytes, protein-rich Greek yogurt and antioxidant toppings — zero sugar, all flavour, ready in 10 minutes.

What you need

  • 1 stick of Tavo LiquidHydrate Cherry Pomegranate
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen cherries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Optional toppings: chopped walnuts, coconut flakes, raspberries

How to make it

Step 1 — Throw everything into the blender except the pomegranate seeds.

Step 2 — Blend on high until thick and creamy. This should be spoonable, not drinkable. Add a tiny splash of water only if it needs it — but keep it dense.

Step 3 — Pour into a bowl.

Step 4 — Scatter the pomegranate seeds on top.

Step 5 — Add your toppings if you're going all in — walnuts, coconut flakes, raspberries. All good choices.

Step 6 — Eat it straight away while it's cold and fresh.


Tavo tip

Pop the empty bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes before you pour the mix in. Gets it even thicker and keeps it cold longer — worth the wait.
