Shipping & Delivery Policy

We want getting your Tavo to be as simple and stress-free as possible. This policy covers orders placed on tavo.ie.

Where we ship

We currently ship orders within Ireland.

If we add more locations in future, we’ll update this page and show available destinations at checkout.

Shipping costs

We currently offer:

  • Free standard shipping on all orders of €30 or more within Ireland
  • Orders under €30 will see the applicable shipping cost clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order

Any shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website or during checkout when they apply.

Dispatch times

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During very busy periods, sales or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location within Ireland. Estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout. Please note these are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order confirmation & tracking

After you place an order on tavo.ie, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive one or more emails with delivery information and tracking details (where available), so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

Multiple parcels

If your order contains several items, they may occasionally ship in more than one parcel or from different fulfilment locations. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment where available.

If there’s a problem with delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, or if you experience any issues with shipment or delivery, please contact us and we’ll look into it:

Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for delayed or missing deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address being provided.
