I'm Tomi. I'm 17. I built Tavo from my bedroom in Dundalk because my friends were falling apart — and nothing on the shelves was actually helping.
Why Tavo exists
Something is off. And it isn't you.
Most people, by the time evening comes around, are still running. Still processing everything from the day — the emails, the arguments, the mental load of just existing in 2026.
Their nervous system never got the signal to stand down. So they lie in bed scrolling. They wake up tired. They snap at people they love for no reason they can explain.
It's not a personality flaw. It's cortisol that never came back down.
And in Ireland, there was no homegrown brand doing anything serious about it. So I built one.

The founder
I'm 17. I built this from my bedroom.
My friends were coming to me with crippling anxiety and stress. Going through really hard days — and I never knew what to say. You just comfort them. But I kept thinking: what if I could actually help?
I taught myself supply chain. Amazon advertising. Contacted manufacturers, figured out formulations, built the website. All while sitting my Leaving Cert.
