Tavo 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel good about choosing Tavo. If you try Tavo Replenisher and you’re not happy with it, we offer a simple 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you purchased a Tavo Replenisher product from tavo.ie or one of our authorised sellers and you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund or a replacement product at our discretion. This guarantee is available only to the original purchaser and does not apply to products bought from unauthorised sellers or resellers.
All satisfaction guarantee requests must be submitted within 60 days of the date of purchase.
How to claim
To request a refund or replacement under our satisfaction guarantee, please email:
support@tavo.ie
(Monday–Sunday, 9am–5pm GMT)
Include:
- your full name
- your order number or proof of purchase
- where you bought the product
- the product and flavour you purchased
- a brief description of why you’re not satisfied
We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps.
What we may ask you to send back
In some cases we may ask you to return:
- the unused portion of your Tavo Replenisher product, and
- your proof of purchase
Return postage is usually your responsibility unless we’ve made an error with your order. We’ll confirm this with you as part of your claim.
Guidelines
Tavo reserves the right to:
- verify any information you provide, including proof of purchase, and
- approve or deny satisfaction guarantee requests at our sole discretion.

This satisfaction guarantee is offered by Tavo Labs Limited in addition to any rights you may have under Irish and EU consumer law.
