Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel good about choosing Tavo. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to sort it.

Orders placed on tavo.ie

If you bought directly from tavo.ie, please email support@tavo.ie with:

  • your name and order number, and
  • a short description of the issue (and photos if something arrived damaged or incorrect).

For unopened products in their original, resellable condition, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method (excluding any original shipping charges), or arrange a replacement, as agreed.

Return postage is normally your responsibility unless we made a mistake with your order.

Opened products & our 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’ve opened and tried your Tavo Replenisher and aren’t happy with it, you may be covered by our 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee for products purchased from tavo.ie or one of our authorised sellers.

Purchases from other retailers

If you bought Tavo from another retailer (for example, a shop, pharmacy or online marketplace), their own returns and refund policy will apply. Please contact them directly about returns or exchanges and follow their process.

We’re still happy to help with any product questions or quality concerns – just email support@tavo.ie with details of where and when you bought the product.

What’s not covered

  • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or resellers
  • Products that are past their “best before” date when you first contact us
  • Items that have been heavily used, damaged through misuse, or altered after delivery

This Refund & Returns Policy applies in addition to any rights you may have under Irish and EU consumer law.
